Basic Setup Instructions

Install the Samna App:
Download the Samna app from the official website or app store.
Follow the installation instructions specific to your device.
Create an Account:
Open the Samna app and click on "Sign Up."
Enter your details and verify your email address.
Add Rooms and Areas:
Navigate to the admin panel.
Add the details of each room you want to manage.
For Samna Area, define the areas and upload a map if available.
Configure Devices:
Install tablets for Samna Meet outside each meeting room.
Set up a display for Samna Area in common areas to show room availability and other information.
Start Using Samna:
Book a room via the Samna Meet app.
Check the overview of rooms and information on the Samna Area display.
