Q: How do I update the Samna Meet software on the device?
A: Samna Meet tablets automatically check for updates and install them when available. You can also manually check for updates in the . The portal will notify you if you have any devices on an older version of Samna: ​

Q: Can I customize the information displayed on the device screen?
A: Yes, you can customize the Room name (Alias), idle display, and general look & feel using the theme system in the Samna Portal.
Q: What if I need to change the meeting room associated with a device?
A: You can easily change the associated meeting room in the "Devices" section of the Samna Portal.
Q: How do I factory reset a device?
A: You can easily wipe a device through the through the device settings. Be aware that this will erase the device from Samna and you will no longer be able to control it from the Samna Portal.
Q: Can I connect several devices to the same room?
A: You can connect as many devices you’d like to the same room. ​Note: License is active per endpoint.
